This catalogue accompanied an exhibition of Paul-Emile Miot’s photographs of Tahiti and the Marquesas at Galerie Daniel Blau in Munich. The publication also includes drawings by Charles-Claude Antiq (1845-1846) and Conway Shipley (1847-1848), and Sydney Picasso provided the written text.
